Manicom respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect and use your personal data.

Legal basis

Requests sent through the contact form are processed to prepare an offer at your request (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Audience measurement relies on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

Your messages are read only by Manicom. The form prepares an email in your own mail software: only the email providers that carry it have technical access to it. The website is hosted by SoberCloud, in France.

Data collected

We only collect the data you provide through the contact form: name, company, email, request type, estimated quantity and message.

Use

Your data is used solely to respond to your business enquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Business enquiries are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then archived for an additional 5 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability. To exercise these rights, write to manicom@manicom.com.

Audience measurement

Site traffic is measured via Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool: no cookies, no personal data collection and no IP address storage. Umami is hosted in the European Union on our SoberCloud infrastructure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (improving the website).

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
